OUR PURPOSE

The Northwest Alano Club is located at the intersection of Curtis Road and El Camino del Cerro on the northwest side of Tucson AZ.  We are dedicated to provide a safe location for 12 step groups to meet and host clean & sober social events.

The NWAC was founded in 1985 as a 501(c)(3), not for profit organization. We are here to do service for the community be having a place for 12 step recovery groups to hold meetings.

Although there are Alcoholics Anonymous groups that meet here 365 days a year, the club is not associated with the Alcoholics Anonymous organization.

In addition to AA meetings, there are other recovery groups that meet here as well (see the schedule). Many of the groups hold social events at the club.

Building a sense of community and a gathering opportunity, so one affected person can safely talk with other similarly affected persons.

At NorthWest Alano Club of Tucson, we believe in community and connection.

We offer a supportive environment where individuals can share their experiences, struggles, and triumphs without judgment.

Our daily meetings aim to create a space where everyone feels heard and understood.

Sobriety requires guidance, support, and resources.

We provide tools and resources to help individuals successfully navigate their recovery journey.

This includes working the 12-step program, attending meetings, and finding supportive individuals who understand what you’re going through.

Above all, we aim to instill hope and strength in everyone who enters our doors.

We believe sobriety is possible for everyone and are here to support you on your journey.

Through community, support, and connection, we empower individuals to build a life free from addiction.
